As we start to reflect on the year that has gone by, I can not help to feel that 2018 went by so fast. We are approach that time of year that is known for the tradition of resolutions. Resolutions to start new, to turn a new leaf, and to meet goals that we have been putting off through out the year. That's a lot of pressure. In the past, my family has never been big on New Years Resolutions. We always felt that it put to much pressure on the start of the New Year. This year we decided to pick one mini resolution that would make us feel better about ourselves, and our health, with the goal that it was realistic, and fun. We are calling them Micro Health and Happiness Resolutions, as they are meant to be small and achievable steps in the right direction.
